At Making Music 4 Life, we like to celebrate and share the music making experiences of our community. Photos, audio and video recordings may be taken during in-person rehearsals, online sessions and live performances.
Photos, audio and video recordings taken during Making Music 4 Life events may be:

used to create compilation photo boards and videos of our participants exepriences and achievements

displayed and/or distributed to other participants from your course/ensemble

used to promote education advocacy (e.g. through organisations such as AUTLA - the Australian Ukulele Teachers & Leaders Association)

used in promotional material for our ukulele programs and ensembles
Such material may be shared on the following mediums:

print media (e.g. course flyers and publications)

digitally via email or shared Google drives or Dropbox

our website

social platforms including our Facebook Page and Instagram page

public media events (e.g. Make Music Australia Day, etc)
Authorisation
NB: This authority is valid for the calendar year to 31 December 2024
Please indicate below whether or not you give permission for photographs, audio and video recordings created by Making Music 4 Life to be used for the purposes outlined above.

I Consent: I give permission for Making Music 4 Life to take and use any photographs, audio and video recordings of me in print or online materials as set out above. I understand this may include publication on public websites and social media sites operated by Making Music 4 Life.

I Do Not Consent: I do not give permission for Making Music 4 Life to take or use any photographs, audio and video recordings of me in any circumstances. I understand I will be asked to stand aside (or turn off my screen if online) for photography, videoing and recording of performances and/or events.
